Rain-Check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the amount you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for one year from the day after your original event date. You can apply the rain-check towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation.

Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that weather conditions prevent the installation of rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, you may utilize the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that unforeseen weather circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the rain-check's one-year validity period.

Deposits: Deposits secure equipment availability and cover administrative costs. Regardless of the cancellation reason, deposits are not refundable.

Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the one-year rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, depending on equipment availability.
